Perform Sit Up’s Seven to Eight Times in a Day for Several Days in a Week
Sit up and down seven to eight times on a continuous basis. You can perform this exercise by sitting on your bed rather than on the floor, which would be too difficult if you have rheumatism. Make sure to do this exercise three to four times in a week for best results.
Thus, if the above mentioned exercises are implemented on a daily basis by you, you will find your rheumatism causing you less pain and suffering than it was.
