The nuts and seeds are the plausibly the most ignored stuff in routine life. However, it offers a lot of vigour to the body by providing the muscles with the required quantity of proteins. The nuts and seeds can act like tasty snacks and can also offer flavours to your meals lending immense nutritive value addition which is recommended by most doctors. Nuts include walnuts, pistachio, almonds and seeds include sunflower seeds, flax seeds, etc which is definitely gets a big yes to be a part of your daily diet.

Superb diet with fat intake made possible
The fats present in the oily food stuffs are unsaturated and hence are deteriorating the physical health, however, the body requires good cholesterol which can be derived by eating the omega 3 fatty acids rich nuts and seeds. These are also responsible for making the skin smooth and supple and also improves the skin complexion. The good cholesterol level  shot up can lower the risk of heart diseases. The fibre content of the nuts is a great motivator to consume these. The fibre is a great body cleanser as it takes time to digest and the undigested fibre pushes the stool out of your body. Thus, the bowel movements are regularised and metabolism, immune system is bolstered to a great extent.

There are many ways the nuts and seeds can collaborate in your daily food, the nuts can be crushed and used to increase the thickness of the purees, these can be consumed raw or can baked and flavoured with spices. The soaked nuts and seeds become soft and also increase in nutritive value, hence 1/4 th cup of nuts or seeds can be soaked overnight before consuming. It can help embellish your deserts and salads as well.

Hence, nuts must become a mandatory part of your everyday meals to be healthy and live longer.
